The zero overheating setting enables stable heating.

Standard Type HCA Achieves stable heating with zero overheating settings. The main power switch and heater power switch are separated, allowing heating to start after temperature settings. Step-down Control Type HCAR Controls the heater by stepping down the specified power supply voltage to the desired voltage. Supervisor Function Equipped Type HCASV Controls hot air to the appropriate temperature with a thermocouple input at the hot air outlet. Monitors the overheating of the hot air heater with a thermocouple for the heating element temperature. If overheating occurs, it cuts off the heater power and issues an alarm. Dual Heater Control Type HCAW Equipped with two temperature controllers, allowing simultaneous individual control of two hot air heaters. Temperature Control and Flow Control Type HCAFM Allows for temperature control and flow control of the hot air heater. Achieves stable heating with zero overheating settings. Flow can be adjusted with a flow control valve. Built-in windless power prevention function prevents thermal damage to the heater. [Note] The HCA series cannot control halogen heaters. For halogen heater control, the HCV series, HHC2 series, and SSC series are recommended.
